Boye Beifang Saw Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise established from the restructured original Hebei Sawing Machine Factory.

The company is the leading and key enterprise designated by the (former) Ministry of Machinery Industry to produce metal band sawing machines and band saw blades (mass production in 1984), and is the manufacturer that earliest develops metal band sawing machines and band saw blades series products in China.
