GZK4232 CNC band sawing machine is a new automatic band sawing machine developed by the company at the end of 2013, and it is mainly for domestic sales. The product has characteristics of double-column guide, stable structure, reliable performance, and artistic appearance. The surface of the column is coated with hard chrome to ensure anti-wear and high precision and to prolong the service life of the machine tool. With hydraulic lifting, stepless high speed, and self-set range, the better sawing conditions can be satisfied. The clamping system of the machine tool adopts the hydraulic and manual clamping combination for convenient operation. The saw blade uses bearings and adjustable tungsten steel guides to ensure cutting accuracy.
GZK4232 has CNC automatic sawing function that can be customized according to the needs of users. With simple operation and easy use, the machine can work automatically only after entering the size of the material to be sawed until the material is cut. The machine has shutdown protection functions in the event of band breakage and band blockage.

● The saw blade has a flexible steel brush, which can fully remove iron chips from the tooth part of the saw blade and prolong the service life of the saw blade.
