1. Danger

Never touch the running band saw blade, as this can directly or indirectly cause personal injury.

If the fingers are cut or hung by a saw blade.

2. Usage environment

01. Wear protective equipment before starting work, install and adjust equipment protective devices, etc. The saw blade was damaged during operation for one day. The operator being hit by the ejected band saw can cause personal injury or death.

02. The saw blade generates heat during use. Do not use the saw blade in flammable or explosive environments to avoid causing fires or explosions.

3. Protective equipment

01. Users and related personnel of saw blades must wear protective goggles according to actual working conditions. Damage to the saw blade or splashing of cutting debris can cause eye injuries.

02. During homework, it is necessary to wear protective clothing and related protective equipment.

03. When cutting workpieces made of powder materials such as graphite and cast iron, it is necessary to wear a dust mask.

（3）Precautions before using the band saw

1. Before starting the homework, please confirm whether the band saw is suitable for cutting the material being cut.

If not suitable, it may cause abnormal failure of the saw blade and scrap of the cut material.

2. Before starting the homework, please carefully check whether there are any conductive objects on the saw blade, whether the saw teeth are damaged, and whether the saw blade is uneven, distorted, or subject to constant wear and tear. If this abnormal situation is found, please stop using the saw blade to avoid causing property damage.
