I. Main Purpose

This sawing machine can saw large steel blanks with a cutting height of ≤ 650mm and a width of ≤650mm, and it is an ideal cutting equipment in large and medium – sized enterprise for energy saving to cut various soft and hard ferrous or non-ferrous metal materials after selecting appropriate parameters and adjusting different speeds.

GD4265 double-column gantry band sawing machine is a new generation of band sawing machine designed and developed by the company. There are two types of structures namely drum automatic feeding type and platform feeding type.

The double-column linear guide rail is used to guide, which can prevent wear, ensure high accuracy and improve the service life of the machine tool. The product features with the double-cylinder lifting, reliable performance, and artistic appearance. With hydraulic lifting, stepless speed regulation, and self-set range, the good sawing conditions are easily satisfied. The machine tool adopts hydraulic clamping system for convenient operation. The saw blade adopts the bearings and adjustable tungsten steel guide to ensure sawing accuracy.

● The key original hydraulic components and seals adopt the hydraulic parts from Taiwan Sanyou Hydraulics and Taiwan Asada Company, featuring with long service life, good reliability and long trouble-free time.

● The key original electrical components adopt CHINT brand, featuring with long service life, good reliability and long trouble-free time.  

● The dual-column structure is used with high precision, and the linear guide rail is artistic and rust-proof.

● The saw band is hydraulically tensioned, and has the function of pressure display and adjustment.

● The machine bed has an automatic feeding structure to ensure convenient operation and simple use.

● The vise can automatically clamp through the hydraulic cylinder, and the platform is used to feed materials to ensure easy and labor-saving operation and it can ensure that the workpiece can be transferred through the feeding trolley without lifting and turning, so that both ends of the workpiece can be sawed easily.

● The main cutting speed of the saw band can be adjusted at three levels, providing simple operation, reliable use, and prolonged service life of the saw blade.

● The saw blade has a flexible steel brush, which can fully remove iron chips from the tooth part of the saw blade and prolong the service life of the saw blade.

● The 54×1.3 saw band is selected to enhance the sawing capacity of alloy materials with high hardness, greatly reduce the band breakage during sawing and improve the quality of use.

● The main structures (such as machine bed and saw frame) are subject to the surface sandblasting and vibration aging treatment (internal stress removal process) to ensure the elimination of internal stress and enhance surface adhesion.

● The German process technology and management technology are adopted for the quality control of the entire process.

● The main drive worm adopts the following processes: blanking → rough machining → quenching and tempering → fine processing → surface quenching → gear teeth grinding processes.
