Band saw blade product classification and application

There are two main categories of band saw blades in the northern saw industry, which are bimetal band saw blades and cemented carbide band saw blades.

1. Product features:

The teeth have high hardness, high red hardness, and the back has high strength and toughness.

2, application:

(1) Bimetal band saw blade - mainly used in sawing carbon steel stainless steel and die steel.

(2) Rigid full band saw is mainly used in sawing surface hardening steel, duplex stainless steel, superalloy, titanium alloy, wood and aluminum alloy high-speed sawing.
